The Paris-based American singer China Moses is a true bundle of energy and an entertainer par excellence – pure energy! Blessed with an astoundingly expressive alto voice that is as powerful as it is sensitive, the charismatic singer dominates the stage as soon as she comes on. The daughter of Dee Dee Bridgewater had her international breakthrough in 2009 with her outstanding interpretations of the great Dinah Washington. She hasn’t needed to hide behind her idols for a long time now: today she is one of the most influential jazz divas of our time. On her last album »Nightintales«, which only features self-composed songs, she impressed with her refreshing cocktail of Deep Soul, Cool Jazz, RnB and a generous pinch of Pop. When she presents her new album »It’s Complicated«, you can be sure she will tell stories from life with an energetic stage presence and captivating intensity, from melancholy ballads to explosive outbursts that touch the soul and lift the spirit.
