{"id":7812,"date":"2025-03-13T13:59:24","date_gmt":"2025-03-13T12:59:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/musikfest-bremen.de\/?p=7812"},"modified":"2025-07-16T12:17:29","modified_gmt":"2025-07-16T10:17:29","slug":"tickets-for-the-36th-musikfest-bremen-have-gone-on-sale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/musikfest-bremen.de\/en\/tickets-for-the-36th-musikfest-bremen-have-gone-on-sale\/","title":{"rendered":"Tickets for the 36th Musikfest Bremen Have Gone on Sale!"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Ticket sales for the <strong>36th Musikfest Bremen<\/strong> have started with our press conference today.<\/p>\r\n<p>From <strong>16 August to 6 September<\/strong>, famous stars and talented young musicians will make live concerts an unforgettable experience at more than <strong>50 events<\/strong> in Bremen, Bremerhaven and a selection of venues across north-west Germany.<\/p>\r\n<p>The festivities kick off in style with the traditional opening night \u201eEine gro\u00dfe Nachtmusik\u201c around Bremen\u2019s market square. 18 concerts in three time slots at nine venues offer audiences a wide range of repertoire and artists, such as Marc Minkowski &amp; Les Musiciens du Louvre, the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, the Cappella Mariana, the Alfredo Rodriguez Quintet and Ida Nielsen &amp; The Funkbots.<\/p>\r\n<p>Before it all begins, the <strong>West-Eastern Divan Orchestra<\/strong> will give a special concert, with <strong>Lang Lang<\/strong> as soloist. The conductor: <strong>Daniel Barenboim<\/strong>. The world famous orchestral conductors invited by the festival for the following three weeks are in the same league: From <strong>Nicholas Collon<\/strong> (with the Aurora Orchestra) and <strong>Robin Ticciati<\/strong> (with the Chamber Orchestra of Europe) and <strong>Maxim Emelyanychev<\/strong> (with Il Pomo d\u2019Oro and the Mahler Chamber Orchestra) through to <strong>Tarmo Peltokoski<\/strong>. Together with the <strong>Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen<\/strong> he has assembled a brilliant young cast led by <strong>Elsa Dreisig<\/strong>, <strong>Mauro Peter<\/strong> and <strong>Kathryn Lewek<\/strong> for their production of Mozart\u2019s \u201eMagic Flute\u201c. The list of celebrated singers goes on and on: <strong>Pene Pati<\/strong> brings Neapolitan canzoni, <strong>Golda Schultz<\/strong> introduces herself with songs by Weill, Bernstein, Gershwin &amp; Co and <strong>Camilla Nylund<\/strong> sings the final arias of of Br\u00fcnnhilde and Salome. The line-up of stellar pianists is equally impressive, ranging from <b>Khatia Buniatishvili <\/b>and <b>Lucas Debargue<\/b> to <b>Alexander Melnikov <\/b>and<b> Lukas Sternath<\/b> through to <b>Francesco Tristano<\/b>. Young female instrumentalists are represented by the violinists<b> Eldbj\u00f8rg Hemsing<\/b> and <b>Alena Baeva<\/b> as well as cellist <b>Anastasia Kobekina<\/b>. There is also alluring music off the beaten classical track with <b>Dhafer Youssef, Kandace Springs, Richard Galliano<\/b> and <b>Somi,<\/b> before <b>MEUTE<\/b> does the honours for the grand open-air finale on the market square.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"bodytext\">In addition to the Arp Schnitger Festival in the organ paradise surrounding Bremen, the Musikfest will make guest appearances across north-west Germany, with concerts in places such as Bar\u00dfel, Cuxhaven, Jever, Lilienthal, Meppen, Oldenburg, Osterholz-Scharmbeck, Papenburg, Verden and Worpswede.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ticket sales for the 36th Musikfest Bremen have started with our press conference today.
